Justinian get your facts right. 1. I did not shoot first in the Omegas. I was minding my own business when I was attacked by PUNISHER and StaLKeR. And later that night I was working on my rep fixing and yes I took my character to New Tokyo but I was not after you at all. That is not my style and I do not go looking for trouble.
2. The following night it was just you as Punisher that shot me down when all I was doing was a freight run.
3. Last night in your [AE} characters (you and Stalker) did offer to compensate me if I had lost anything which I appreciated and you offered me membership which I turned down. But remember straight after offering me membership you once again shot me down... that time Tagged with the clan ID. Is that not a unprovoked attack... seems like it to me.

You broke out of the role playing first and have completely spoilt the game.

The USB is the "United Nations" of Browclopsia. We will enact general laws that EVERY MEMBER CLAN AGREES TO! Such laws include things like "No killing n00bs" and things like that. You AE guys totally, totally misunderstand the point of USB! GOV does not control you, and every member nation with the USB is equal!

I am the XO of AE, and I already have talked to Pinkie, and he stand by the decision to go to war on GOV. Also, we never recognized the USB, and there was never an official USB presence on the server.

Punisher attacks Buster & Blizzard. FooGoo attacks Allied Exports, blaming AE for Punisher and Stalker. Buster can't seem to differentiate between Punisher and [AE_ABF-Black_Pearl. So, FooGoo also doesn't differentiate between AE and Punisher, so AE won't differentiate between GOV and FooGoo. Until he is censured for those attacks, GOV and AE will duke it out. AE also will be doing so in an unrestricted manner, targeting all nicks of people associated with GOV.

Reg, I told you what had to be done for AE to recognize the USB, and then to consider joining. You chose not to do anything. To quote Doc from another thread, (PARAPHRASING) No one can really claim any sector of Siruis. No one can force a tax or toll. To quote you, If you don't like what they are doing, do something about it. (Which led to the creation of HRE).

You haven't been there often Reg, and to be honest, the USB idea seems to have died with the original server. As GXO, I am authorized to negotiate on behalf of the Guild. Only one other person has that authority, and that is Pinkie, Guild President.

For now, I agree with Doc, too much flaming here, and not nearly enough online. Greg, you wanna side with GOV, that's fine. I hope you are prepared for the consequences of that chioce.

Thanks falcon but you dident quite get everything that i needed.......whats the point of USB....if any1 could tell me in a long paragraph...everytime i hear USB i get confused since iver never heard about it! i just need that info block filled in for me so can be on the same page as the rest of you.!

The USB (United Systems of Browclopsia) is a union of clans that has agreed to recognize the laws and territories of the member clans.

In addition, Federal laws may be created and are empowered by the members of the USB. These federal laws encompass all territories that the members agree to be Part of the USB territories or Federal territories. All clan territories are by default federal territories. This means that each member clan may assist in enforcing USB laws in any territory that is considered federal territory. These enforcement activities are not invasive as they are helping with the common agreed apon law of the Union. When, how, and by whom this the federal laws are enforced are up for negotiation. The member clans will enforce federal laws in their own territories and will receive assistance only if they are unable to apply adequate force. If a law is disagreeable, then it will not be a Federal USB law.

The USB is a team of clans. We are united to help eachother. If one member gets attacked, then the other members should help. Or we are united to help in role-playing wars possibly in civil wars over new territories.

Basically, the main laws so far are is to respect eachother territories and laws while in those territories. And Mutual assistance, which means that a member clan may ask for assistance in a conflict and assistance should be given. It in implied that each clan has right of passage through all other member territories.

Additional laws will be created by the members. If AE decides to become a member, then they will be able to take part and help mold the USB into something that is beneficial to them as well. If AE decides to remain hostile, then they may suffer when other clans decide to join and they are eventually out numbered.

SD as far as I know is allies and united with GOV. SD and GOV are the only members of the USB as of right now. AE seems to be very hostile to eveyone except for the AE leader pinkie/invincible.

My suggestion would be that member nations of the USB create a militia with the tag, that is everyone, whos clan, guild, or party is a member of USB, creates an alt character with the USB tag.

What's the max number of characters anyway?

A USB character is not necessary, but if you guys like that idea then ok. I think we could just have our members with their own respective member tags.

The USB members need to stand together when a member is under attack by an enemy clan. Let SD and GOV strengthen there resolve and work together as a team against terrorist that seek to harm us.

AE is declaring war on GOV and as a member of the USB the Screaming Demons are asked to help in our efforts. A declaration of war on any of the member clans is a declaration of war on all of USB.

GOV will always fight for SD as much as we are able if they are attacked.

Something I think everyone will agree to, storage characters are off limits, we all know how much time and effort goes into building those, it'd be a b!tch for that effort to be for naught, the same should be true for freighters, scan your targets, if their deadheading (empty) let them have it, if they have a load, let them pass.
This war can be fun, or this war can be ugly, it's not a difficult choice.
