2nd - What verified proof would we have that you did and would continue to do what you said you would.

I went looking for the person you claimed recruited you into IRA. According to 30+ ppl I have talked to on multiple servers, the name doesn't exist. I have emailed the one server admin I could find asking if the character name exists, even though I doubt it does.

Accept the fact that you blew it and get on with life. You screwed yourself, not us.

If he is an independant reporter now and not AE, then he has the right to collect info from sources and quote them in a newsletter. It is freedom of the press. He shouldn't give out classified info or make false claims. If his info is garbage, then people won't use it.

Government or Clan controlled news isn't news. It is fertile ground for brain washing the public. Browclopsia clans may choose what they release to the public, but the news source has the right to report their findings. If AE doesn't want something released, then they do not officially release it. Readers of the newletter may require that an official release of certain types of info is necessary for them to believe it. Such as, "Clan declarations of War."

Anyone outside of the clans has the right to create a newsletter for Browclopsia. It could help to make it more interesting. That is just my opinion. I don't know all of the details with six-face. Two-face is pretty bad. I can't imagine six faces.

A news letter for elite would be pretty good, because sometimes I have little or no idea as to what is going with the diffrent clans and who is at war with who and who has a ceasefire and who just formed an alliance with who.

I think it would be a good way of new players to better scope what elite is about and how the game is played there.

I am willing to help create this news letter if anyone else is interested in helping me out as i dont have the time to commit myself to it completly.

The problem wtih Nomad_master was that he joined AE, then gave out information about AE that should have remained confidential. If he wasn't sure about what information to give out, he should have asked. He then proceeded to just make things worse for himself by innapropriate behavior and some not so smart comments. In any case, he violated confidentiality and is now paying the price. He has since changed his name, and that is a good thing. Maybe now he can build up a better reputation with the people of Browclopsia.

All I am saying is that only 2 people in Allied Exports, at the moment, have the authority to release any AE information. Freedom of press is one thing. Jounalistic intgrity, if there is such a thing, is another. If he wants/wanted information, he should come to the people authorized to release it, or scan the AE forum for information there.

What you are saying is correct. He should be charged with espionage by AE. And if AE decides to join the USB, then he could receive federal charges of espionage as well.

As far as I know, Allied Exports has no intention whatsoever of joining the USB. We are a Corporate entity that has annexed Rhienland as our Corporate headquarters in a similar fashion as companies siezed land in the early colonization of the Amercian Continent. Our GXO claimed two sectors as his home domain in a similar fashion as the Land Grant Acts, and the Oklahoma Land Act.

Allied Exports is a Corporate Entity, always has been, always will be. Seeing as on Browclopsia there is no governmental authority in Rhienland, and we annexed it before anyone could claim it. We do not feel the need to recognize the USB charter or organization at the present moment. We do, however, recognize the need for cooperation and as such, will abide by your rules and charter while we are transitting your space. Any attempt to alter this by an outside agent or agency, any attempt to enforce GOV/USB will on any of our members outside Liberty, or inside our small corner of space will be met with very fierce resistance. Sunslayer diplomacy at it's highest form.

Only one person has the authority to over-ride this, and that is our Guild President. To the best of my knowledge, and at the present moment, he has made no mention of having any inclination or intention to join.

On another note, completely different, you may want to look into [GOVBlizzard. I ran into him as Punisher in Omega 41. He claimed to not be a GOV agent, yet was "doing some rep work" wearing a GOV tag. He may be pirating your name.
