a few other excellent servers are: browclopsia, elite, freelancer heaven, Bend, Org. USA- 24/7 Roleplay.
Oh, and is cable fast enough to handle around 20-25 people?

EDIT: If you want friendly hosts, go for freelancer heaven (lol taylor, just telling the truth

) or battleclinic (great mod (balanced) and helpful people, but just not a lot of them)
