Hey.. gotta say sry bout accusing you of cheating. I seriously didn't believe that shields could be taken down that fast, and plus i saw the DM TDC. But with Tall's pic of me apparently double mounting (which i haven't ever done, not worth the risk of getting banned), it proves to me that the DM bug extends onto TDC's aswell. anyway, sry again

This was written by johnny dakota apoligizing to me because there was a pic of him double mount TDC's we all know he dosent cheat so this proves that the bug extends into TDC's and btw my guns still did the same amount of damage they did on other servers even with the bug if i even had it.....

well this proves im not cheating and i was banned for the ronf reasones so i hope the admin will understand and let me continue playing

PERFECT example of how admins other than browclops act!, b.s. rules and banning of people just because crying is not enough. i guess i should start my own darn server, this is pathetic.

IT doesnt really matter, the only good thing we can do is to ruin ELITE reputation by showing and exposing atrocities like this and getting public support and raise pressure; unfortunelly common sense doesnt work in elite

You want the server admin to unban you and your members, while at the same time you want to go around and ruin Elite's reputation? Yeah, like that's going to happen.

Since the admin is not fixing this unpleasant issue and is ignoring us and we are the ones right i have no other option.

If i go to a public place and a police kicks me out i have the plain right to protest and issue a complaint, its called living in democracy people have rights.
Of course you could raise the issue of this not being a private place so, if i go to a restaurant, and security kicks me out for no reason, i have the right to make a complaint on the restaurant to ppl consumer rights associations, and i can make poorly or negative recomendations that restaurant to others due to its faulty mode of functioning and like on the public scenario i have the right to protest if im facing an unjust situation or a possible power abuse scenario or a situation of neglet.

If you dont understand what your rights are as a citizen or netizen are then you are the conformist fool here.

Ah, the thing is, a server is not a democracy. The admin is the President, the King, God and Michael Jackson all rolled into one.

In that case, I demand NEO Zopharx, Hairy, Tasiin, Sputnick, and a few others I forgot their names, be banned for talking about "@$$ raping my mother", calling me a "faggot", and about 8 other things so disgusting I wouldn't even mention them here, while dock camping and cheating.....constantly.

When was this?

I remember some episodes like that when i was in neo, "faggot, your mom is a prostitute, retarded, your mom is doing *******s here on my place etc etc"

Tasiin was polite always tough he was smart enough to keep it insulting but not flamable

Time to respond.

FACT: 4,300+ unique accounts and less than 160 of them banned on Elite. That's what around 3 or 4 percent? Keep in mind a few of these include the SAME person attempting to gain access using multiple ID's (which never really works for long) That also means 96-97 percent of 4,300 + unique accounts don't seem to have any problems with the server and can play within the server Rulez. Granted not all are active on a daily basis, but I think the point made.

Numerous emails have been exchanged and since I wasn't the one who did the ban, I engaged in a brief conversation with the accused. It was like any other chat the revolved around an issue like this I've had in the past 4 months...useless from the get go. This server is up only because we LOVE the game and it cost zero denero for anyone to play (less the internet connection). If you were a PAYING customer to the server, then you'd have a substantial say so. As it stands everyone who gets banned and doesn't like that fact is free to create their own server and have at it to their hearts content. I wish you well in your endeavourers. On Elite if you play with fire (Pk'ing in Liberty, hackin'/cheatin'/moddin') you can expect to get burned.

Trashing our reputation? I think the numbers stated above speak for themselves when it comes to critiqueing our admin performance thus far.

That person wanst modding, i didnt see any evidence on that, you didnt provided a single shred of it, so i dont take your claims as valid. The moment you send me some plausible evidence validating your actions ill shut up and delete every thread about this matter.

Well, I guess I'm in the 3% banned category. And I didn't even play on the server!!! I created an account and never used it for ages. Tried to play tonight and couldn't. Hmmm ... smells like horse**** to me!! I guess now I'll be accused of cheating ... even though I have 2000 credits, am level 1 and never even left Manhatten dock. But then, I did laugh at the NEO fags in another thread, so I guess that's what did it ...

Elite is to power hunngery. They ban ever one for nothing these days. Even if you forgot to turn a mod off, they still ban you. They never even think about just delting old accounts instead of banning them. Oh and Stinger I know there is more then 3% ban. Like in freelancer movie I WILL NEVER FORGET. I shall get my revenge some day some how. One voice can stand many.
