The only thing that NoTec has is a big mouth. All those guys do is fly around and flaming people when they get themselves killed. It took 7 of them to take me down, and that was right before i killed Kuruption and Fortunato that they got me.
The only threat that i see in NoTec is the ability to annoy you into a state of rage making you wanna ram your ship into the sun, seriously you should see what these enormous morons of epic proportions say to me on Elite.
