AWSOME POST HAND!!! i do realise the admins are banning ALOT of people under NEO's command...im not sure why i dont think they are stupid im just confused as to why they bann someone so fast on a member of NEO's command.....

For instance they did not e-mail the admin a pic of anything at all not a thing they just used words...while we sent in hundreds of pics of my loadout etc etc..

now i find out the TDC glitch is actually there and even when the glitch happens the guns are still completly useless and they dont fire.....

after i beat sputnik twice in a row sputnik just sat on crete with his huge ego demolished it was funny as hell...

But you are right hand NEO lies and whines to the admins about anyone who can actually give them a good run for there money for possibly be a threat to them.... they get all the experienced players booted leaving only the newbs to try to fight off a veteran team....thats just sad.... it also proves NEO isnt that great...

Once again ill say that they do fabricate evidance on anyone that is better then them.....WarDragon for instance....he is 10 times better then me he still fights NEO but he was banned for killing NEO.....they fabricated evidance on him to get him banned....he is better then me and i killed sputnik in the first pass.....hmmm i wonder how long NEO would last if wardragon got back on elite?....

Anywho im sure the admins know its a mistake and im sure i will be unbanned soon if im not i guess it proves that the admins are with NEO and that the clans inside fighting NEO are already doomed...... for god sakes there are pics everywhere of [NEOSintzu cheating using somekind of hack that puts nomads to a very fast firerate....and he is not banned...... well thats all i have to say good post hand...

There's been so much mudslinging in this thread and accusations thrown around, how about this? Have the people who have been banned from the server immediately unbanned. I've seen several "Server_Deputy"'s on the server. Give one enough equipment and stuff to get to the Edge worlds or wherever combat between the parties involved in this thread is taking place. To make it even better, let a Deputy use an alias so nobody knows (s)he's a deputy. Then randomly scan and/or duel the people involved. If someone is caught cheating, there is now first-hand evidence from a reliable source. So far we've had someone banned for knocking out shields instantly, despite this being quite possible and apparently being told they were banned for a cloaking mod (which came into this how?). It just looks really bad to me (i.e. in my humble opinion, others may see it quite differently) and is making me seriously question whether I want to stay on the Elite server, because it seems the admins are banning people based on hearsay and _no_ verifiable evidence. If an admin or deputy could get first-hand accounts, that imo would greatly reduce the controversy.

Unfortunelly the admin team on elite reached the ignore mode at this state. No replies to proof, pleads, enlightments etc are being given via email or posts and the guy continues banned.

A closed administration board does not bode well in a public server.

A good administration should learn with their mistakes to make the server more efective and increase popularity, and this is not happening on elite.

And i have to agree with you, neutral unbiased ppl should make the calls and check for evidence, not clanners.

striker thats a good idea man its just NEO dont cooperate if your better they ban you regardless if your cheating or not....

Better then NEO=banned within 2hours....

It's pretty obvious the Admin team IS NEO in some form. No one could be that stupid, blind or turn the other cheek so often, or allow the crap NEO has pulled all along on their server otherwise. I sent them hard proof of NEO money cheating when the server came back up fresh from that account wiping they did months ago. Several of us that witnessed it did. All was completely ignored.

I have witnessed NEO cheating first hand, several times. I went in acting like a newb under an alt-nick intending to lose, because instead of fighting, I flew around testing. I watched the damge they did to me. Watched them miss, and miss, and miss until I just went head on or sat still. I can see the missles and torps and mines, dodge them or shoot them down.

If I did not do something stupid like sit still or go head on, they (Sputnick and Tasiin both, on several occasions) they barely even hit me and my shields would recharge before they hit me again. This went on and on.

SO, after a while comes the test. I start shooting back and within a pass or 2 their shields are gone and their hull is at about 20 - 50%, and LOW AND BEHOLD!!!! While Tasiin/Sputnick is flying away with his ass to me, and I am full Class-10 hull/shield, suddenly I spontaneously explode. I mean just boom! No shooting, no missles or torps, just BOOM!

So suddenly the guy who can barely hit me is able to kill all shield and hull in one invisible shot while flying in the opposie direction. Oooooookay. Then of course they begin to yap about "noob! and I used Tizonas" etc. No, I saw when they used those....for a long time.....and they barely even got my shields down (again, unless I let them by sitting still or rushing head on).

i agree man i have seen NEO do many unexplainable things like killing people in one hit while using cruise (which we all know you cannot fire while in cruise)...

also [NEOSunTzu is using a weapons hack of some kind that i have never seen before....there are about 500pics of him using it and aperantly the admins have received pics but they arent banned hmmm.....

In my last days on elite i had a kinda funny episode, i spawn on theta, and the entire neo is at gamma, i start running away to liberty space, they were like 10 guys after me.

When im in frankfurt (they were all in sigma 17) running i get pm'd by [neotasiin, his words are "hey nice speed hack Oo, im going to talk to atakaka about this and you're banned" and i respond "nice try " so he says "hellfire (a neo friend) says you've been sending him mods and hack, and thats sufficient grounds for a ban" and i responded "hellfire should dedicate him self in writing fictions" this went on and on untill i reached liberty. Next day i was sick and tired of all that crap and made my self banned, i said this words "tasiin is a N****R"; 10 mins later i was banned for use of unclear?! racial slurs. Im still checking how serious that was because im still banned a month later lol.

And for the record, Beast is now being accused of use of cloacking hack, Stinger, why dont you bother to ask every LD and WP that where watching the duels if he was cloaking? they were cheering him, if he was cheating or cloaking everyone would start shooting him, normal procedure when a cheater comes in, neo, wp, ld unite to atack them. That didnt happened, he was dueling neos, with a wp and ld audience watching and cheering. Dont you find that strange?

I usually drop matters when i know im wrong, but this time im not wrong and you will have to admit your mistakes and take measures to correct them.

I am completly with Beast im better then Beast yet Beast wasted Sputnik LOL.....

anyway if i ever got in elite again....man i tell ya NEO wouldnt last 5sec me and Beast would eat them [CENSORED's alive.....

One day ill get back in..... And ill watch as my trainie kills the best sputnik then ill slaughter sputnik myself.....

this isnt a war against the admins i like stinger and akataka i just hate NEO.....

O and By the way sputnik you still havent awnsered my challenge yet

Im a bit dissapointed with the admins dragon, they should be neutral with everyone, and thats not the case, some ppl on elite have special treatment, some have normal treatment and the others just get banned and if they try to defend themselves they just bump into a wall of neglect.

well i havent got a chance to really know akataka or stinger since i have only got one reply from stinger saying "perhaps a cloaking mod?" but im sure there good guys.....
