Why do we tell people "Stop PKing"? Because often, telling them once is enough. Sometimes it's not and in that case we engage. But like I said, if you don't agree with what we do or how we do it, then we can simply be ignored.

They didnt engage thats the problem. You guys warned them. He still camped me. (btw this was THE01, he knows how to mod guns, not uber shield or hull tho, he can be killed) No one did anything. Then a non-te comes along, tries to help, but the01 said he would stop. Needless to say im glad i have 7k cruise.

Still if you guys are supposidly what you say you are. then when you start telling everyone to ignore you, you kinda lose that rep as a noob protector.

Cat the TE or The Elite are not a clan, they are a military organization dedicated to protecting underskilled or defensless players from unfair attacks by other more experienced players, they're a cool group and the servers where they operate are better places from them being there.

Heretic you keep whinning about how TE didn't assist you, you're not a noob and you're not defenseless, in fact you've been terrorizing other players from the instant you've shown your modded puss, you've earned the incident you keep complaining about, what possible reason would TE have to interfere with you getting your just deserts.

I havnt pked anyone in awhile to be quite honest.



And the way i understood it that TE enforced the server rules which stated No pking in NY.


I also thought that TE wanted to protect EVERYOEN from pk, least in NY.


Then again i dont expect much.

ok, great leader of the elite, or whatever, its not that a CHEATER can cheat without hurting other player, and they ruin the game for only themselves but ive seen mods that effect things other than a players ship, such as placing alien organisms in space everywhere(heretic, heh-hmmm) 1, and 2 if a server is full, that means a non-cheaters seat can be taken by a cheater! so there's less non-cheaters that other non-cheaters would want to freelance with. your logic is garbage!

My logic is garbage? Your words a little strong there. I agree, there are things that a cheater can do that can ruin the game for other people... but again, the rules of my organization do not include those people as targets.

Do they deserve it? In my personal opinion, yes. But there is a certain level of control that must be excercised in this. I've tried not to allow rules that can be abused, and being "Anti-Cheater" or "Anti-MOD" has potential for abuse. And I'll be the first to admit that the VAST majority of cheaters are also PKers (The AI can be so ridiculously easy that the only need to cheat would be against other players). But I feel that it is the responsibility of the server admin to ban these people. Almost every MODder gets kicked at least once by the 1.1 patch. If the admin didn't delete them, then obviously they don't really care about them being there. I would LOVE to see a crack down by server admins everywhere against the MODding community. But let me explain further. MODs can be great. I love playing the Rebalance MOD on my LAN because I feel it adds a great new dimension to the game. But like all things, people like to use them to bully other players.

We will attack those that bully other players. Those words of hatred coming from Magnumfire are the spiteful words of a member who received a Dishonorable Discharge from the service of The Elite for being insubordinate. I hate it when people accuse TE of being hypocritical, because it's simply not the case.

The Elite has chosen to play the game in a different fashion than other people. Like I've said in almost every other post, if you don't like us, you're free to ignore us. Because if you don't PK, we won't target you. And IF my members do attack you without provocation, then please e-mail me at [email protected] and I will investigate the situation, because in The Elite this is simply not acceptable.

I want to address another issue... some people have been saying we're a "Quantity over quality" group. Yes, we will accept everyone into our ranks. Even former PKers (One of my Majors was on our Most Wanted List for a short time). I believe that people change. I also believe that people get better. When a "clan" turns down a young applicant with not much skill, they may be throwing away a great pilot in the future. So I do accept everyone. (Just thought I'd throw that in there for those who have said something to me).

OK... WHAT WE HAVE HERE.... IS A FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE....

Let's get something straight. First off, I personally do not mod nor do I want to learn how to? I have plenty of fun with .Net... thank you very much. Yes, some TE's (the dumb one's) do not follow The Code of Conduct. Those TE's have left or soon will, and TE knows what I'm talking about. We have no reason to hide our skills behind Mods. We prefer to use equipment that can be purchased. Also I DO NOT HATE FREELANCERS WHO DO MOD. More power to them! (Can Prototype mod or what?)

Yes, age plays a factor......the ability to have self disipline and respect for an organization such like this is tough. That's what THE ELITE is all about. Hence the name.

If every freelancer in the world went our website, I would not be posting this.
