I have tried it myself on my server....

UNFORTUNATELY...The account ID on the server is missing the last few digits of the account ID...So you can't do it that way.

If the admin has the time and patience, they may help you....Just email the admin of the server.

I've decided to move on and take this as a lesson. I have started from scratch on the Argonus Server, where I had no character anyway, with a new Account ID. This time I will have a hard copy or two in case this happens again. Lesson learned.

If Elite ever opens up to account creation again I may start a new character, or I may not. Who knows?
