George Takei. And yeah, he was Sulu on the old Star Trek. Check the front page news. Scroll down a bit and there's a link to an article featuring the cast of Freelancer. Some other names you'll recognize (maybe) are Ian Ziering from 90210 voicing Trent and John Rhys-Davies as Tobias. John Rhys-Davies has been in a ton of movies and done a lot of VO work. Recently played Gimli in The Lord of the Rings movies but he also acted the role of James "Paladin" Taggart in the Wing Commander series.

The only celebrity I noticed in Freelancer was Dr. Sinclair. She looks and sounds like Halle Berry.

Well, according to IMDB he played Paladin in WC3 and WC4. It doesn't mention the prior games, but IIRC only WC2 had a speech pack and it was an addon.

The game credits are mixed in with the movies, and there are several. At the bottom there are numerous TV appearances, and most are cartoon voiceovers.

Hmmmm.... I remember Paladin in WC3 & WC4 to be a big, huge, fat Scottish guy. My memories of The Lord Of The Rings movie recall that he is short, or maybe that's just the image the movies left me, especially after all those jokes about his height.

Almost wish I could be bothered to install WC3 & WC4 again to see those videoes.
