sorry to use such crude language but the best desciption would be

a cyan coloured lit from the inside buttplug with grappling hooks at the back end

if you want to see some , go to Omicron Alpha or Gamma and pop through the unknown jumpholes there

The "Nomad" creature itself is a long tentacle with a head with some sharp teeht or stuff.

They're incredibly weak, so they go inside people, using the mouth.

And then they can create these blue spaceships around them.

I think they look more like stingrays... Maybe not, I didn't get a good look at them. I swear they look like blue stingrays... Who knows, maybe they ARE Nomads. We just can't see them because they're cloaked...
