Smaller Easter Eggs

Yes, yes, we all know about the nomad systems, gammu and primus etc, but what about all the character interactions. It really hit me that the develkopers had put some effort into this when I discovered the "tale of the corsair bride."

While on some corsair base, i talked to man who said he was hunting a zoner, because the zoner had fallen in love with his sister. (or some other relative, i forget.) Anyway, later, on Freeport 10, i found a man who said he went there to escape a Corsiar man who was hunting him for trying to marry a corsair woman. Go figure.

Has anyone else uncovered stories like these?

yep. I found the same one as well. Though I also found the kid's father, who said his son was being hunted and was hiding out ect ect..but other than that, I haven't found any "stories" The rest were just "one-shot" rumours, which weren't connected in any way.

I found the girl's mother, talking about her daughter falling in love with this guy, something which the Corsairs would never allow, and her son looking for him.

it's the same as the rumors about the unknown jusmphole section in omicron alpha... i founded 3 div. rumors about that (all about the unknwon or about the ships there, and all about the same storyline, graveyard of the outcast fighters)

No LordZach, what you refer to was an outcast woman killing a corsair. At FP 10 I think.

I heard the same thing too. I also had some outsider (not related to anyone in the story) tell the story to me.

I found a man at Tripoli who told me he had given his gun to a corsair who was hunting down an outsider who had fallen in love with his sister... how long does this go on for?!?

The robot waiter at the base full of Golden C (Ainu depot IIRC) spoke to me and told me how it had left university, fled its family and was now helping its sisters to fight the gov't !!

i found a story about this outcast who was brining cadamine to the rouges, and a couple of rouges flew out to meet him and acidently alerted some bounty hunters to his presense. it say that once the outcast had shot down the bounty hunters he vaparized one of the rouges and then when he landed shot another two in the bar.
i found all of this on rouge base's. i will never cross an outcast again.

Did anyone meet the guy in Falkland base, Tau 37? He mumbles something about mining niobium and it sounds like he is going crazy. He said his name was Snake and he made his own vac-suit. Took him ten years. Later I realised that this must have been that one prisoner that escaped from a prison ship (can't remember what prisonship it was). The guards there told me that a guy who escaped after he made a vac-suit and used a fire-extinguisher for propulsion. They called him Snake...

i founded a rumor on buffalo

a liberty rogeus guy said something about thus stupped thing by their mouth and nose, the outcast pilot toked his gun and shoot the liberty rogeus death, the outcast dislike everyone, but use a lot of other faction to distribute their cardamine.

if i'm right it was on buffalo, can also be rochester base...

i only wanna have the rumor of that dead person to know if it's a real rumor

i like the rumors of the unknown jumpholes/systems
