Second, what's the plot have to do with anything? It's a fun game!

Thirdly, maybe the Nomads originally wiped out the Solar System because they are just wandering "Nomads" who want to become the supreme beings in the Universe, so they go around decimating every other race there is...

My plot line would involve space strippers and space beer, hmmm. maybe alien space strippers. Yes thats it, alien space strippers armed with alien kegs of beer try to get the entire galaxy drunk for one giant Galaxy Blow-out. Now how to win, hmmm...... ahh! First one to pass out loses, and probably will not enjoy the photo's of him/her the next day.

It's a space game, aliens are really the only way to go. I mean, how ****ty would the game have been if Rheinland really was the only agressor in the game. Oh no, interstellar krauts are getting all pissy, RUN!

And even though it's true that aliens are an overused plot device, I got shivers when the Kusari Emperors eyes lit up and his voice went all funky. Good stuff all around!

Germans being the bad guys is an overused plot device as well... man was i happy when it turned out that the Nomads were the reason for Rheinlands hostility.

I second your Emperor experience. When he lit up like a christmas tree i was like "what the f*ck?". Dunno about you guys but i was surprised.

How do you think the Order found out about them in the first place? General Whats his Face came and told them. I mean c'mon... its just common sense. besides why would he have come and told them if they didnt do that? Just wondering.


There would be no explenation at the moment for how the Order was created if someone didnt tell them... Thats why. So you know I think its best to say we can assume right now they blew up sol.

besides, IF THEY DIDNT, then the Coalition (mean ****e after 800 years) would have stalked down the Alliance and destroyed them.

I'd rather have the Russians ruling the solar system than no solar system at all :p

And as for the whole Nomads thing, I do believe that the bit about Sol being blown to bits and General "whats-his-name" coming to warn the colonies was excluded from the final game and, therefore, it is no longer part of the plot. For all we know, Sol could still be there; the Coalition may have had a random change of heart, signed a peace treaty, and the two alliances may be living happily together in their (intact) solar system.....hey, it's possible..
