I'd attempt to fail at something. Then I'd either succeed, in which case I would have managed to fail, or I wouldn't succeed, in which case I've failed anyway. Therefore, since I've just managed to fail convincingly in a universe where I cannot fail, the resulting paradox could negate the entire existence of said universe.

I loved your paradox though; woud you cease to exist along with your universe or would you return to our "normal" universe.In fact, you might have done it already and be living in the consequences (and how could you tell?)

What would I do if I couldn't fail? Spread Islam to every land and institute sharia law everywhere! But if that's too grandiose, I'd quite like to have astonishing football powers and lead Stoke City to victory in the FA Cup, then go on to play for Italy. Or invent an invisibility potion. I'd really like to be invisible.

I couldn't really say. If I - and therefore my fictional universe - were to cease to exist I'd imagine you could call that a failing. The fact that we existed in the first place surely indicates some purpose to our being, and to deny that purpose would be to fail. This clearly then cannot happen, and so the universe itself cannot fail to exist. However, it has just enabled the failing described in my first post, a direct contradiction of it's fundemental rules, and as such should not be able to exist. Paradox #2. In essence this universe that cannot fail is an absolute failure at every level.

On another note, it'd take more than an entirely new universe to grant Stoke City the FA Cup! Brighton are well on their way to winning it this season anyway...

About the U.S in debt, apparently china is buying our debt up from us, so now much of the money is owed to china, so in essence, china owns the us (or will, if it decides to make us pay up)
