Time To Play...Name That Game!!!
This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

thx taw! wow you like it so much that I get a double post about it? gee thank you for that too
edit - cheeky s*d! that's my awful broadband service for you - a fatwah on NTL for their uselessness!
@argh
eh I am guessing that game is before me time as a gamer
anyway, here is a description for me question
you choose vehicle/character of your choice. Armed to the teeth you drive (what else?) around blowing the hell out of your opponents, and advance throught the levels. It has a very, as to say, dark and crazy/sick setting and characters.

gunbound?
Actually, i have an open question, because i cannot for the life of me remember the name of this game, but i can remember what you do:
Plaform: Playstation
Type: Strategy/Action
Description: You have a single avatar, and must run around a level destroying 'blocks' that continually roll towards you by planting 'explosives' (by activating ground cells) and detonating them as the block rolls over them. hitting a green block would disintegrate everything in a square around it, and hitting a black one would disintegrate a 'slice' of the playing field from the end. your objective is to eliminate everything but the black blocks, and let them roll off the end of the playing field without getting crushed.

@Leonhart:
Ah... the second game in that series ranks up there with Quake, in my opinion, as being one of the finest multiplayer experiences ever.
Twisted Metal was an acquired taste... and quite frankly many of the later versions were kind've stinky- they set weapon damage too low, and basically took all of the razor-sharpness that was required in TM II out, leaving me feeling rather bored.
But, that said, the first two games will always stick with me for their technical accomplishments (the first one, for example, had headlights that were actual light sources- in a PS1 game! ) and for their tight, nasty, "you will die if you don't play hardcore" gameplay, boosted by surprisingly good AI.

I played the original, 4 and black. I must say twisted metal 4 is the best in series though. But than again I am a heavy metal fan..so yea
well anyway, *DING* *DING* YOU ARE CORRECT!
since none is talking the spotlight, I am gonna go with another console question:
Platform: PS2
Type: err I am not really sure, shooting? fighting? Action?
Description:
The game is set in the future, the time of mechs. The main character (named after a kind if dog *hint* *hint*) stumbles upon the hidden anime-style robot in the frozen world of Jupiters moon. Following through the story, you fight wave after wave of enemies in a fast paced and hectic manner. This game is an IMENSE improvement over last instalment.
