Lies! All lies! The local council does nothing for me, save charge outrageous rates and force every man and his proverbial to PAY for the privilege of applying for a permit! No, I have no equipment acquired from them... unfortunately.

I was wondering how long it would take you to turn up, ye stinkin' Capitalist! Them's fightin' words! I was actually expecting something wittier, such as "The buck stops here", referring to both Capitalism and the need to upgrade, but alas... *Sigh* 
Final - Hmm. It's not mythological, but not too bad. It's a little too Communist Russia though, and would probably suit Loc rather than myself.
