Heathens! Ginger ALE and Ginger BEER are *completely* different beverages! Ginger Ale is a beverage made from carbonated water, food acid, flavours, and colours. It is primarily used as a mixer. Although cheaper GB is the same, proper GB is made from yeast, sugar, water, and ginger. It is a *brewed* product like beer, but it is not always alcoholic. Most GB is non-alcoholic, but if the fermentation process is altered slightly, then it can become alcoholic. The Rabbit-God's choice is
Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Damn fine (non-alcoholic) stuff.
Topher - It's great isn't it? Welcome to "Flavour Country"! *Blesses Topher using the "Sign of the Rabbit"*
.
Taw - Stop your baseless protestations! Don't you remember those emails that you sent me, begging for more ginger beer? Ah, the "Sweet Aftons" have affected his mind at last. *Shakes head sadly*
EDIT: The "unique" fermentation process has to do with the amount of sugar added to the plant as I recall. Scoff if you will Dervish!
