imo u cant compare those.
brains are dynamic, they change, not only "content" but structure. harddrives are only 0s and 1s - and usually pretty static without interaction from the outside (SW and HW)
i also dont think that this is the goal of having so much data storage - its not about rebuilding brains. weird that this was mentioned. but interesting as well.
