Wifey doesn't like to eat meats. She likes vegetables and starches, mainly.

She was feeling run down, sometimes short of breath, the other day, went to the doctor. Got blood tests. She's low on iron. Still refuses to eat much in the way of meat but is now eating stuff like prunes ...to compensate... and taking iron pills. After a couple of days, she was pretty much back to her usual self.

It's not mosquito season your way is it? Should be end of winter or something for you right?

Sounds almost like the warnings we get about West Nile Virus.... which is why
I'm asking.

I spend 7.5 hours a day in school, then mon-thurs and hour in extra class(compulsory ) and then maybe and hour on homework, tho its usually less, from now on it will be a lot more, got a project to finish and have to study for the exam, but luckily it will all be over by end of November and Luckily the sport is finished so now I have more time to do stuff
Ow well I'll cope, worst that can happen is that I fall asleep when studying or sth like that

@sw: that nausea thingy seems to be serious. I'd suggest taking a pregnancy test
On a serious note, I'd say you make sure you get all the vitamins and microelements you need, some exercise, and a good sleep. The fact that you dream a lot says that you don't rest even when asleep. RAM sleep is not deep, ergo, not effective. Tried having sex before going to bed? That's relaxing . If you were male, I'd suggest a nightcap, but knowing that women tend to get alcohol-dependent more easily... dunno

Glue a load of pins to the desk - so that when your face hits it you get woken up....

Glue pins to your eyelids - so that when they eyes shut it jabs you in the cheek...

Buy a box of matchsticks - and do a Homer

I don't mean to intrude, and i'm no doctor of psyciatrist or anything, but with all the work you have to do, is it possible you maybe getting a little bit depressed?

If this is the case, you probably won't find anything that will help you be less tired and i'm against anti sad pills. If you have no red bull, try getting caffeine pills or something like that.

can you get depressed by too much studying? I didnt know that
I dont like drinking pills of any kind, but thanks for the comment

caffeine is not the answer, as all it does is raise your blood pressure. sw, you can always try the best advice of all. Ask Him to help you with alertness and studying. He never fails.
