Talking of the Calculator, I present you an item, capable of processing over 10000 tasks a second, it runs on no electricity, I PRESENT YOU:
THE BRAIN!
Yes, the human brain is the most powerful thing in the world, and whoever invented that (either the monkees or god) is extremly clever, 'cause without that, we'd of never invented anything.
Oh and, how about glass? Pretty useful, eh? (and wires, we couldn't make anything electrical without them). And clocks, and..........houses!
