It's a easy as pie!
You have you have to see it in this perspective: A^(square)+B^(square)=C^(square)

BTW:

Tell me why do guys do this?

Not every guys is like that!

I'd dare say A sounds pretty darn typical too. If it works for A, it's OK. If it backfires, its the other person's flaw, especially if it's a guy.

Post Sun Jul 25, 2004 7:16 am

Thats confusing Indy
A was willing to stand back for C, even if she lost her date, she wouldnt take B cus he's already taken by C or was suppose to be she would get herself another date

Post Sun Jul 25, 2004 7:26 am

you're just asking why guys do this. not all guys are like that. that guy might be thinking in a different way. why do you want to know how a guy's mind works anyways? it should be pretty simple..

Post Sun Jul 25, 2004 7:27 am

Thats what you guys say, guys are actually more complicated than girls

Post Sun Jul 25, 2004 7:33 am

lol!

Post Sun Jul 25, 2004 7:35 am

O-K which part are you lauging at now?
If it is that guys are more complicated than girls, well 'tis true I've experienced it more than one

STOP IT! my brain hurts! ok I'm getting the picture here Geez, this woulda been a lot easier if A was never in the equation at all: B is a slimeball coz he promised to go out with C, but then decided to go out with D. See how simple that was?

Ok, B was either a ****, or just a very insecure person - he's grabbing the first chance he had at a date (C) because he didn't think he could do better. Well apparently he could (with D) - oh well either way he's still a ****

Post Sun Jul 25, 2004 10:27 am

OK let me explain thisthis is my schools matric farewell, A, C and D are all from my school, B is not, so he didn't have to get a date. They asked him because they are still dateless

and o yea if A wasn't in the equation, B wouldn't be there either, A has got nothing to do with the prob

If A had a date, then there should be no "Backup". Did B ever say why he did not go with C? In youth, too many things are subject to change. Either way, A is not responcible for C + D having a date. A should however, ask B why he changed his mind. That will clear up any misunderstandings weather he is a slime ball or not. Young ladies at that age can have their feelings hurt badly by a slimeball, which isn't a good thing for his rep.

Well after reading ... half of the first post I slipped into an catatonic coma, ( is there really such a thing? ) Which was induced by one ( or both ) of two things

1) Excessive consumption of weed

or

2) The fact that your post looked like an algebra lesson

Therfore my answer to your question is:

Run away before I beat the living **** out of you, Person A b c d e f g and anyone else who dares to post such things.

That and ill get your friends, family and animals.

Especially your dog.

I dont have a dog anymore or a cat or any other pets
and I'm not one of the persons in the post I got a date and a shaky backup and a potential date so I'm not really worried and if none of them can go, I go alone

gee, why is it that everyone who was gone are posting in my thread now?

I hate ppl and I hate matric farewells

Hmm... I kinda would be offended if someone asked me to be a potential/secondary date.
I want to be first choice, otherwise she's just unlucky
