An interesting thought....
This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

I'd say women are perectly capable of being a leader of any country, including the United States. The only problem I foresee is that so many nations are still very masogonistic (I just realized I've never used that word in my entire life and I don't know if I spelled it correctly ). And because of this, they may see a female leader as a weakness and thus may make negotiations, war, terrorism or other alliances because of it.
A woman would have to expend more energy, time and smarts just to come out even with a man in the application of her agenda. My mother who works in a male dominated field has had to work harder than all of them to beat them at their own game and still she get's very little respect. While she may have chosen to confront such things herself, a presidency of a country is different. A female leader will not only be inflicted by less respect with the results thereof, but everyone in the nation will be confronted by the world's view of her gender as well.
That isn't to say it couldn't work. But in the experiment, a country like the US could be in a world of hurt for the amount of aggressors who would think it was an opportunity.
That is something to consider in making a decision for voting for or against a woman as president.
