That's the question Indy; they are probably under-clocked dodgy components made by someone in their backyard shed .

when i had mine built it came with 1.8 gig pent 4, 80 gig hdd, monitor, keyboard, opt mouse,cd,cdrw,bundled programs, 3-d graphis card etc for $1010 u.s. there are better deals out there

fry's electronics, what kind of waranty do they have

Its just the box lol, isnt there a way to buy the parts and have someone else assemble them? Or does anyone know how to put one together? I havent even the SLIGHTEST clue I mean I have trouble plugging in the monitor and speakers and stuff I could never imagine taking all those guts and putting them together into one computer.
