Just thought I'd give a little update on this forum. It's actually working out pretty well. The only problem is that there are not enough view points being expressed and the topics are way too limited. I've found myself dominating the political thread and I was hoping just to chip in an occasional opinion. If you're interested in a no-flame, no-insult intelligent discussion of current events then please come in and bring a topic that isn't about U.S. involvement in SW Asia. If you're worried about flames etc. then you can do what I did in my first post. Just state that if anyone comes back at you with insults and invective argument you won't reply and won't return.
Please, new blood needed here.

Very belatedly, Emily Litella was a character portrayed by Gilda Radner on Saturday Night Live, the original cast years. She would appear on the Weekend Update segment to give guest editorials which she invariable got wrong as in: "What's all this I hear about endangered feces? I mean. Haven't we got enough of them?"
