@AELK: Well, I'll admit to being preoccupied with the topic you mention. No problem there. Not too many informal conversations with guys my own age that don't eventually lead to topics that revolve around it. So what's the problem with that? I don't see it as degenerative. On the contrary it's all about evolution.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not in the least bit offended by your observation, in my case I'll admit it's true. I was wondering who Joyce Davenport and Veronica Hamill were so I could find out just how "Mmmmmmmmm" they really were.
But let's get real here. I've been married long enough to know full and well that it's not just men who have this particular obsession.

Oh crud. Did my sense of humor go out the window again? Let me go get it.

Arania - A "bunyip" is am evil spirit that runs around and eats people. It is based upon Aboriginal beliefs.

AELK probably was joking, but was Mal? Women always seem to label men as the same and I, for one, find it irritating and inaccurate.

Whenever I see the word bunyip, it brings the image of one of those sea-cow looking things that lives in the ocean to mind.

It's an axe, I use it to...hack at people

Yeah. I loved that show. I loved Joyce Davenport for that matter....er, Vernica Hamel (correct spelling).

@Kae, it was a cop show on NBC in the 80's. I made it a point to watch it every week. My most favorite was a character: Sgt. Phil Esterhaus portrayed by Michael Conrad who, in fact, died while in the series.

"Let's be careful out there!"

<Edit>

@AELK,

Very much of everything, including women's magazine covers, has to do with sex so I don't know that any of us can behave BEYOND type.... Esqy exlcuded, of course.

LOL - Pre-limbic single helixed mutoids!

No. Sarge passed away so that story line sort of died away. I gotta say that Grace was an A Number One turn-on. Her lines and her delivery were ... over the top and yet very stimulating.

Actually Sarge DID disappoint me in that one way. His reason for not staying with Grace. I thought that it was very much a cutting remark to Grace although I fully understood his desire to sire his own offspring, etc., still. I was disappointed in that.

Sgt. Yablonski. Jock Yoblonski. Yeah. He was a good switch over.

Interesting thing being that not before or since that series has the City of Buffalo ever factored into my mind.

Ok people...lets get back on the track, shall we?

Lol, someone has a lot of time on their hands

Apparently, depending on the day there will be tne number of shirts 20 feet in the trees. (on 19th there would be 19 shirts, on 20th 20...etc). The weird thing is that there is no way for a person to put these up as these trees are in the middle of the swamp...anyway who the heck would waste their time hanging up the shirts every day . Also if you were to hit the stone with a rock it would amke weird noise . More about it here

yuk, i've had enough of this creepy weird Blair Witch thread that's been possessed by Satan. I'm bailing, you demon-worshippers..

Actually I reckon this has been one of the most interesting threads for a while. A good story from Uncle Taw always spices things up.

Post Wed Apr 21, 2004 12:43 am

Taw's story scared the cr*p outta me for 2 nights. The first time I read it I couldn't go to sleep. I was scared that that my room would close around me and stuff like that. Oh man I;m sacred right now just thinking about it and the other things Iv'e seen here *turns on lights*. Maybe I should stay away from this thread.
