My local cinema- Jet Centre is a dilipidated wreck which has been on a downward spiral for years. It used to have a laser-gun arcade, Amazon play area, Ice-rink, arcades etc. Now all it is, is a 4-screen cinema. They'll be demolishing/renovating it soon (in about a century, knowing those people), so things are looking up...

Corsair likes to like refer to himself in the 3rd person.

Jeez! To be able to smoke&drink when watching a movie! Sounds like a dream. And just think of it - what if they had bedpans in order to save the clients the trouble or running to the bathroom?
Seriously, I'd like to have a similar place near my place somewhere.
P.S. Just remembered - we have one. The problem is, smoking and drinking is reserved to night shows - i.e. they have movies rolling from 23:00 till 9:00, you buy a ticket to all (quite cheap), and have fun. The problem is, I don't thing I would be able to stay awake all night watching movies.

An idea came to my head and is now desperately searching for brain

I'd hate for that to happen to my cinema. If it had that putrid stench of smokers in it, I'd probably have to go out of town to watch movies.

Only in the lobby (which has glass partitions that allow viewing of the movies from benches with tables). The theater itself is smoke free. You CAN drink your suds and pizza in the theater if you prefer and there's no smoke "stench" as you call it.

But if someone farts next to you while in the theater there's nothing that can be done about that stentch that you can't do with smoke smell...get up and move yer ass.

*with a French accent*I hate popcorn, it is disgusting. *American accent*I prefer chocolate raisins or M&M's. I also like a very big cup of Coke...if it wasn't so damned expensive.
