This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

NOTHING - the price of drinks and snacks makes the ticket price seem non-existant. The money I save by NOT having a drink and a snack whilst watching the movie means i can go and see another TWO films instead. Bargin? Yes, do i miss the drink and food? Hell no - i eat before I go, and any drink = loss of concentration as i will be bursting for a piss instead of watching it, and if you go for a piss - i miss parts of a film i am paying to watch (I only see movies i want to see.)

I really resent being charged about 2 pounds MORE for a cup of coke, then it costs to buy a 3liter BOTTLE in a shop down the road (2 Pounds = $4)

Popcorn - i have tons here, it costs about 65p (about $1.20) a bag, which makes enough to fill a bath for 1 pound 50 ($3) - so i refuse to pay 2.50 for a box of something that costs 10p to make...............

yeah Chips, its bad here too. buying popcorn and a drink more than doubles the amount of money you have to spend to see a movie...its terrible

Kyp

The other day, in study hall, i farted really loud, you know...so the guys would laugh...and i swear it was so hanus that Susie Johnson almost ralphed up her salsbury steak.

I usually take it something from the supermarket. You know, the usual stuff, guava nectar, soy milk, pineapple juice, that sort of thing. Every movie I see is an adventure for my tastebuds!

Chips is right, I never buy stuff form the cinemas; the cost is too prohibitive and I HATE being ripped off.

My Mrs' earlobes. That's what I mostly chew on at the pics. Or, in the case of Matrix:Revolutions, the chair in front, through embarassment and frustration.

I mostly get a drink, and my theater sells pepsi stuff so I actually get my Dew. I'll have the Dew and some sno-caps and popcorn.

I made a big mistake. I drank a whole large dew in LOTR: ROTK. By the end of that I was like "Do we have to see this coronation, I have to pee!"

Cherry Icee and pretzel bits dipped in cheese at most theaters.

We do have a theater here local called Studio 35 which when viewing a movie there it's always pizza n beer. Yes, you can smoke while watching the movie.

lol - we have one like that Stinger, Hyde Park Picture House. Its OLD style - like classic THEATRE instead of cinema. They still have an usher to take you to your seats, and it really is an old old place. It shows alternative stuff as well as mainstream, so the other day it was Top Gun and Ghost Busters.........as well as many other classics. Here is a link, i STRONGLY suggest you check out Feb listings....
Hyde Park Picture house

Headingly cinemas have a more current schedule at the moment, but they put on specials, and you can even hire the cinema if you wish Both but the lounge you can drink in

ah, it reminds me of the old days at our local Gaumont/Unit 4/ABC, when you have a pint, spark up, grope the girls and put your feet up, all for half a crown, and still have change for a bag of chips and the bus home. I must've seen Towering Inferno a dozen times that year
