if i won the lottery:

i would never work and keep going to university for a few years, until i have at least one degree
buy/build a nice house (a swingin batchelor pad would be more accurate )
buy stuff for all my friends and family
buy a couple of nice cars for myself
and get me a guitar for every day of the month

after that i'd stuff the rest in the bank and live off the interest.
and i'd donate some to various charities, but only once i've got everything for myself settled first

No frickin' charity - that's for sure! I'd make my own life as comfortable as possible, and then start to annoy the others. Eventually, I guess I'd try to ignite some war (civil or between countries) in some distant region and make profit by selling guns there, at the same time declaring that I'm defending world democracy.
