DVD-R/RW vs DVD+R/RW ... and "Stickykeys" (as an a
I'd prefer to use my recorder as just a recorder and my DVD-Rom as a player. But I don't mind using the recorder all the time with the + discs if + is the one to survive, that way I don't ever need to rerecord anything. I currently use my DVD-Rom for game playing and installing, so I don't necessarily need to use my DVD media on it, it gets used a lot as it is.
I just don't want to sink my money or time into something that I can't view ever again if for instance one of my drives broke and the format is no longer supported.
So which is the future? And what is the real difference between them, aside from recording information differently?
Also, I have this XP Pro question for anyone who can answer it. What the hell are "Stickykeys?" I sometimes tap my fingers when I think and I apparently tapped the shift bar 5 times and turned on StickyKeys. What is the point? Purpose? Use? Reason for being? The silly thing opens with a dainty little squeak!
