Look, I will explain

Ki (or Qi) is the central Body energy which flows from Uke, Which is a point halfway your BellyButton (if anyone has a better translation for "Navel"Please tell me) and your genitals, it is the center of your Body, from which all the energy flows. When you concentrate on it you can feel the energy flowing through your body from the highest to the lowest (it is a wonderfull feeling, trust me on this one).

you can use the energy to do virtually anything as long as you train on it.
It allows, for instance: Higher levels of concentration, more strength to your arms and legs, Faster reactions, and if you concentrate real hard you can prdict certain things, like know what someone is about to say, that kinds of stuff.

I have only just begun training and these things are things I can allready do using Ki, it's not like I will be able to fire energy from the tips of me hands or that kinds of stuff, thats just a phantasy, but you can strengthen your mind with the techniques

one of the martial arts that concentrates on it is Aikido. I have not begun training with that sports but I have been following the books and read about Ki
I think you should do so too it is a wonderfull thing, with this in mind, look at my previous post

Thats interesting. I do Karate, so I've heard a bit about that. I haven't actually trained in it though.

Cool Story: The first time I saw star wars on TV I built an R2-D2 out of Lego Duplo bricks, and I was really pissed when it didn't move or whistle or do anything. --- VH16
