what is it with Z? can he only get internet connection once a month or something (like at the full moon!) or do his mexican jailers only let him out into the open air once a month?

matbe he's taken to the hills with rebels and bandits and raids the local villages once a month "give me your computers, modems and DSL connections, u peegs!"
