You do know that the BOFH series were not wrighten by him? I have the BOFH 1.0 book here right now and its author is Simon Travaglia. Has this person lead you to beleive it was his own writing? Unless of course he IS Simon Travaglia OR has just named some of his own work "bastard operator from hell".......

EDIT* I checked out those posts....they are straight out of the book, or http://bofh.ntk.net/Bastard.html . Simon Travaglia is the team leader of Systems and Development at Waikako University in Hamilton, New Zealand. He had been an operator for 8 years, but his work is entirely fictional and not based on personal experiance. Sorry if I'm getting this wrong, but you guys seemed to be praising HIM for that work, eg "your writing style is so much funnier than mine" whereas he obviously copied and pasted
