Auditions for my next play, "Zlothello" -- Update
This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.
RILMS: You are right to wonder, because plenty of people die in this tragic comedy.
As for the characters in this story. When you read it, you will know I have chosen the right people for the right parts. Look to my notes on one of the earlier pages for my notes on who is to be in the play. You'll see clearly that their parts do fit their personalities AND the story at the same time very well.

I'm actually kind of curious:
How many of you have read any of Shakespeare's plays?
Which ones?
Which did you enjoy/dislike?
I hope these questions tide you over until I apply the finishing touches on "Zlothello."

I've read McBeth, but never the Merchant of Venice. Hmm, note to self, read some more Shakespeare. I am vaguely familiar with the story though, so I do know sort of who Shylock is. But I don't know what happened to him.
My favorite of his plays is Othello. The imagery and wordplay are exquisite! The double meanings and false assertions are Shakespeare at his best. As for comedies, I think Much Ado About Nothing is his best comedy. It is truly funny once you understand the language.
I do enjoy others such as Romeo & Juliet, Hamlet, & The Taming of the Shrew, but not as much as the afore mentioned plays.

RIlMS you should read Romeo & Juliet, though it's not my favourite, it is the quintessential story of all time. By the way, you threw me off earlier. I think it is MacBeth not McBeth. I don't know now, damn. My memory is concaved in on itself.

Thanks FF. I have now cemented the memory.
BTW, Locutus brought this up in another thread. Having read my plays it actually made it easier for him to read the real Shakespeare plays. So if there was ever a time to read them it would be now. That's to all those who have limited knowledge of his plays.
As a side note, you'd be surprised how many movies, television shows or other books follow some similar forms to those wonderful plays, and not all too subtly I may add.
