The Full & Complete Text of "The Taming of the Psyc

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

When I asked you what "What?" meant, I was asking to what did "What?" refer. I don't think I have used the word "what" so many times in a single sentence in my life.

When you asked "What?" ... did you mean "What are you talking about me being Australian?" Is that what you meant? Or was it something else you were asking "What?" to.

If it was the Australian/New Zealand guess my memory is cloggy now, I can't remember anymore if it was you or Chips, or someone else that said "mate" frequently.

Stinger, that is interesting. Do you think I should rewrite my play to include that premise? Then again I suppose old English is hard enough to read for most, why make it harder.

It really is an interesting study, can't see how it's really helpful , but it is really fascinating stuff. Bugger, now I used "really" three times in a sentence. I've been infected by repetition.

Actually, maybe I can see how it's useful. I wonder if that would help in teaching dyslexic people to read? ?lla ta pleh taht t'ndluow rO

@ Stinger,

Thats pretty kool, I can read that fairly well.

But it dosn't work on my typo....because mine was a typo on a phonetic spelling.

BTW, the answer to my earlier question in my link thread to this thread in the General Editing Forum, "What is the common irony that connects both 'Much Uba About Nothing' & 'The Taming of the Psycho' and subverts everything in both texts?" I didn't say it exactly like that but that's the jist of it and a better form of the question.

Well the answer is: We mortals (posters) needn't have bothered doing anything except a quick call for the moderators. The whole story and all the ins and outs of our characters chasing these culprits down was all in vein, because we didn't do anything except enjoy the chase and perhaps aggravate the situation.

You read through two texts of drivel about the uselessness of regular posters chasing down interlopers in the forums . At least I made the waste of your time humourous .

@Sir Spectre: to me, the most humorous thing in your writings is the modern colloquialisms interwoven into semi-medieval English. the best example of it for me was "Mister Hey, know you that your attitude does suck? ". I laughed to tears! If it were "knowest thee that thy attitude does suck", I probably wouldn't have survived
Excellent work, Sir! Keep it up!

Thanks zlo. I wrote these so fast, and this computer of mine doesn't have a good writing program on it so I didn't really finish the stories to the furthest extent they could be. I am a writer, but I write with my laptop not my desktop as this is for all my hobby interests.

I just needed to get back into the writing spirit because I've been busy surviving.

BTW, I included that and other verbal treatments for Lady Excellfire to show she isn't as intelligent as when Denida does her speaking.

Getting back on subject. Has anybody read the play more than once? What parts or aspects of the plays did you enjoy the best? Apart from spelling errors and wrong punctuation, what were things you didn't like about the plays? Is there anything you wished were better than was written?

I'm trying to get feedback in order to hone the craft of my writing.

Wolf, what I mean for example; are there any pieces of the story that weren't funny because the humour was stupid? Things like that. I just want to know from your point of view, maybe I should include a necessity to describe yourself a little bit like you did, Wolf. Then I'll understand your recommendations from your perspective.

The only critics that don't aide the author with his craft are professional critics. I want your un professional critique because you can judge for yourself if you did or didn't like something. Anything. I'm just curious.

If you liked everything and wouldn't change a thing, then I'd like to hear that too.

Well, I liked the whole stuff immensely. pity i wasn't there, so I can't compare your masterpiece with the real situation, but then - who cares? It's really good. I dunno which points I could criticise.

Just remember...if the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off.

@Jim Groovester, thanks. That insult was ripped directly from Hey's posts so that was real, which is why I wrote in the comment about the exclamation marks.
