ArconTV: The College Years

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

she's a gamer chick, big into her nintendo and anime. unfortunately she's not to big into movies, so i had to explain to her why equilibrium was actually really good and not a rip off of the matrix

"but it says 'matrix style combat on the box'"
"UNGH!"

so the movie was good, i recomend Kill Bill to anyone who hasnt seen it, if you like Swords, preferably katanas and are a big anime fan and love the snappy dialogue of Quentin Tarentino then this is for you, looking forward to the follow on movie whenever that comes out as i'm hungry for more. I seriously coulda sat in the cinema for another 2 1/2 hours though and watched it all the way through with both parts.

I saw Kill Bill when it came out over here. It's grand. I liked it alot. Was kinda confused about having Katana's on the plane, but it's just a movie.

It made me want to play with my Kodachi....

BTW, have any of you heard of a movie called eXestanz?

yeah, by kronenberg, bloody cool film, raises alot of questions about the limit of virtual reality, and when VR becomes so realistic, there will come a point when we will never know if weve ever left. Much like the matrix in a way

When I first saw it, I felt sick after. One of my friends, the one who I'm mad at, felt violated after she saw it.

yeah i'll be seeing her again..i think, i dunno, its a bit of a head****, i'm more inclined to go out and get a katana and kill some yakuza or something.
also
1) i dont know unix.
2) i doubt she'd care, she's a geek, not a nerd
