I think the comet was just made by a simple airbrushing.

yeah sorry, so to do comets i just get a fuzzy brush and have it white? or can i have a whitesh blob and then blur it?

Actually I use a lense flare and a motion blur to do the comet, it takes a few layers to do it properly and then you need to erase out sections of it to get it right.

Thanks. I just added clouds to a planet, looks cool. I'm working on rings too, but its tricky because you need the layer both infront and behind the rings.

what about a flaming comet? that could be fun

its only 44kb now

.....so why is it showing up so big?....could a mod make it a link please? i cant get it to work

Mustang: Looking good FF. The reason why they show so big is it's resolution. That pic is 1000 x 1000, it should be 800x 600 max. The actual disk size doesn't make any difference.
