Love Help (done, but it did not work out)

Since I am a female I feel obliged to share some of my wisdom......Girls are totally crazy man....they may give you the googly eye but really they are trying not to puke...or they say things like "that so in so is soo dumb"...but what they really mean is "OMG I hope he asks me to the (insert cheesy dance name)"......so basically there is no one way to tell a chick how ya feel cause chances are they need prozac.

Here it the whole thing I did and said:
School finished so I started walking home. I was on one side of the street and she was on the other. After a minute or so I crossed the street and walked behind her until she came to the corner where she turns. I called her name and said "_______ (here name) I have meant to tell you last couple of days that I like you" ( sounded as romantic as possible, and heck to me it sounded nice). Well that was when she chuckled and said "ok".

Well first of all, it is very ballsy telling someone how you feel. Anywho, was that all she said after that...? Did she just walk away? Now is this girl a normally shy girl? Cuase if she's shy and kinda giggled that may mean she likes you. But like I've said before girls are confusing so you can't really always tell. I feel kinda like Dear Abby or something right now. he he he

Well I do not know how shy she is to tell you the truth, but we walked away from each other after the "talk". Therefore I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow. Well if she likes me than she will have to tell me tomorrow because it is the last day in eight grade. After tomorrow I will probably not see her again. Anyway thanks for all the help, I truly appreciate it.
Just remembered, I guess she is shy. Last week I asked her to dance with me during prom, she got red in face and said that she is tired and that she has to rest. Her words sounded kind of gibberish too, so...I don’t know.

Reminds me of my highschool days. There was this girl, Cristy. Very insightful if you could keep her mind on a subject, but she bounced (literally) to something new every 30 sec or so. After I knew her for about a year I asked her if she'd like to do dinner and a movie or something. Her response - and I quote - "I'm sorry, I don't eat."
