Well NOLF2 has sooo many good quotes, but if I'd have to pick some I would have to quote the man crates!

Oh yea, the training from Opposing Force! When that guy shot me I cheated my self an rpg and shot HIM! How does he like it! HMMM! Pain is not very comfortable, is it!

Why make your own mistakes when someone else has already made them for you?
-Learn from the skeletons floating in the piranha pool: NO SWIMMING!
Oh, almost forgot some Starcraft ones:
"That's one small step for man, one giant... (ftzz!) Stop Poking MEEEE!" - observer.
"I think we may have a gas leak!" - Science Vessel
And of course, the SCV's funny, too.
