I met her while she was still here in Serbia... I still can't figure out how did I manage not to make a fool of myself cause she made me ( well, at least a certain part of my body...

Looking all pretty and inocent... She can suck your life out of you just by talking to you... Trust me.

vitamin C boost your immune system.
some people, like cpbuja, maybe need a few IU of Vit C.
Others, like micheal Jackson, may need more. So we don't know.
So, if we take lots of vitamin C, we are being sure that our body is taking the max amount it can take..
and besides, I'm talking about real vitamin C, those that are extracted from trees, fruits, alfalfa, etc. Because vitamins is just a few of the thousand flavanoids you can find in nature.
Syhinthetize vitamin C, escorbic asid something, are useless..
