I tried deleting the autosave from FLMM and it says "unable to delete" I manually delete all files from the my games\freelancer\accts\singleplayer folder and it still crashes to desktop when I go into freelancer if the mod is activated.

Great mod!
Just installed 6b3(with Slave1 and Tie mobs in you spoke of in the readme), and started up a new SP game. Installed your mod with FLMM and launching the game thru Flmm each time.

Just bought the Tie Fighter at Cali Minor system and now, I minize and crash when using the gate to New York. Tried it 4 times, 2 of them clearing all waypoints (have to meet Juni on Mahat). Any ideas?

Hi there MD,

Just wanted to say that I suffered 2 bad bad crashes, the first one after hijacking Tekagi's transport with Ozu and Juni, and the other one while helping Bundschuh base to fend off the Military. Dunno why.
A last comment: what a pity that it is not possible to edit capships yet. The battles at Omega-5 are soooooooooo beautiful to fight )

Where do you guys get your latest version of the mod most of the time?

Just hoped you took note of the "invisible guns" when purchasing a 8/2 or 8/1 ship.

GameShark03: Nope, haven't bought any 8/1 ships yet Every time a new build comes out I uninstall the previous one and delete all my saves. Currently testing SP only. Seems like a couple of ppl getting that minimise-crash thing too. Can't figure out why it's doing this. Maybe a typo somewhere? Release 0.6b2 was the last stable build I noticed. b3 (the merged one) started crashing for me. Heh.

guys, next build will have jumpholes in NW system removed, and it's crashfree so far. please be patient till tonight when it's gonna be released. thanx for the posts and apreciation. as always trying to make things better, but problems seem to appear on the way.

Thanks MD... I really wanted to see the capship battles too bad i crash too often to get there.. I wait with eager anticipation of the next release.. And also I just want to say.. YOU RULE!!!

Yup frustration on crashes with the merged mod, but hey - this mod is cool. FL SP as released is a pretty tame game. Played it twice through without too much trouble. Only got wasted once. Michael's mod turns it into a sit on the edge of your seat' experience. Digital should pay you shed loads of cash because it extends the gameplay for SP significantly. Combine your mod with some of the universe extension mods being talked about and you almost have a complete new game! Keep it coming.

Seems that Microsoft have missed a commercial opportunity.......

with this version the slave1 is no longer at california minor. the awing is now sitting there. where else is the slave1 supose to be? I'd rather not have to try to translate the ini files for which station is which.

I haven't tried 0.6b3, sounds to crashy.

If you are modifying the jump gates, and our telling me to restart the game so I can play mission 2, is this then not compatible with OpenSP v1.1 anymore? I really want to play it with OpenSP v1.1, or at least without the single player missions. I certaintly don't want to the the whole player campaign again...

I will keep my eye on this!

Love the mods, thanks for extending the life of a great game. Couple of things though, Using mod 6b, I bought the Awing at BS Hood to do the race (Slave1 was not manouverable enough), cruise speed still shows 300 and when I win the race I just sit there like a stale bottle of grog waiting for something to happen. If i try to dock with BS Hood it won't let me. Any ideas

GUX: you can find the Slave 1 at Battleship Essex, in the Dublin system - the same system where you have to go and run a race with an IMG junkie named Hovis. I strongly recommend you NOT to try running the race with that monster because it might be nearly indestructible, but it is nowhere as maneuverable as any TIE. (In my own opinion, although I still fly the Slave 1, the Kusari Blood Dragon is the best ship of the mod.)

BILLM: That happened to me, too. What I did to solve the problem was just trying again and again until both you and Hovis appear at the end of the race. (Hint: watch your contact list and make sure he does not disappear - bug ).

gux, the slave1 its too powerful and expensive now for being in Liberty...u can find on BS Essex in Dublin system(gotta be level 11 though)
right corsair, thanx for the apreciation, thats what the mod was meant to be...about MS, too bad for them, maybe one day they'll realise what they lost?!
phroot, v06b4 its not so crashy anymore, maybe u can try it out.
(edit) I think what happening its that hovis can't keep up with you and misses the gates cause of the high cruise speed, getting lost somewhere on the way. that's why u or anybody else aren't able to win the race, there's no loser!
billm, that was not supposed to happen, try the racing again, it's certainly not because of the Awing.

Is it recommended to download the Rebalance mod with that extra Grrk? What does that extra Grrrk do?

I haven't fired up build 4 yet so maybe this has been fixed but I noticed the jumphole from new berlin to sigma 13 has been removed. also I jumped from galileo to Alaska and found out that only that hole the hole to bering and sigma 13 existed. the other 3 holes that are shown on the GRSS Map are not there. I wanted to jump to the new system but couldn't. One more thing, the jump gate from alaska to New york is still locked.
