Servers along with their IP and port numbers - server info -

Here SysOps can list their MultiPlayer server info and users can send feedback to their SysOps. Or just talk about the MultiPlayer servers they play on. This is not about MultiPlayer in general - please use the MultiPlayer Forum for that!

Servers along with their IP and port numbers - server info -

Multiple Freelancer users are suffering from a specific router issue. Basically, they can only play online multiplayer games by going directly to the server with the -s command or via FLDirectIP. However, the IP address and the port number of the server is needed before they can do this.

I wanted to ask Server Operators to post in this sticky in The Lancers Reactor > Forums > Freelancer: Freelancer Server Forum > popular servers along with their IP and port numbers.
List your servers along with it's IP and port numbers. and many online players would greatly appreciate this.

Also since you're kind enough to take the time to list information about your server if you have a website where players can get information please post your website also.

In other words you're welcome to promote your Server and Website in this thread to make it as easy as possible for players to find and connect to your Server.

Thank you very much.

A secondary thread on server information is located RightHere
And if you want information on how to load your server info into the very popular FLStats and get some free advertising just Click here

Don't forget you can use the Dedicated Server -the easy connection tool- by Crabtree Cooperations Network.
Instructions on how to use the easy connection tool are on the download page.

You can connect directly to a Server by simply right clicking on the Freelancer Icon on your Desktop, then click on Properties. Then edit the Target line to read:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\EXE\freelancer.exe" -s.192.168.02:2302
Of coarse you have to replace the numbers in the example with the correct Server IP and Port number. If you don't know the Server IP you may be able to located the Server name and IP on the Global Server List.
Then Launch Freelancer
- click on Multiplayer
- click on LAN
- click on the server

Simple... Run a server

Crabtree, why does your server have version 1.2? Does that mean there's a mod installed?

And BTW Baked Potatoe, thank you for posting this sticky. I appreciate it.

For people who also have this annoying router problem, it's really handy to make a .bat file in your freelancer/EXE/ directory, and list all the servers you ever heard about there. This way, you won't forget about them but you can just run the .bat file and you have all your visited servers listed.

Actually even easier than a "bat" file, is to make a folder on your desktop, and make multiple shortcuts, for the different isp's you play at

IP: crabtree.dyndns.org

Isn't IP supposed to be a number like 256.256.xxx.xxx or something?

You were gone?

Edit: Damn spelling.

@Nickless Thwacks - well sure normaly it is, but some providers cut the connection after 24 hours for reinitialisation. For that there are services like dyndns who disolves such names in numbers, cause u need an service who is checking if the ip-adress has changed or not, in a countinous process and then update the real ip-adress by using this service. So it is ensured that the Server is reachable everytime.

Thenian: If u make a .bat file, you can stack the command up (ex. freelancer.exe -s<1st server IP>:<1st server port> -s<2nd server IP>:<2nd server port> -s<3rd server IP>:<3rd server port> etc. ) This way, youll have them all listed within freelancer.

NB admins:

The IP you post is the Routers IP not your lan which will Never be visable.

The Server Port you post is the specific port you have set it to if using a custom port option, if not its 2302 by default not the full range of directx direct play Ports.
