Actually, that's not to bad of an idea, but what shall I do without it!

The seattle server is one of the best servers around, a shame that ppl keep destroying it, so its better to shut it down and back up when ready, i like it and count me in when the server is 100%

Ya I have a life outside the interent. Can't see how could possibly not have a life outside of a computer game. Just telling how poorly run your server is. If you don't have the time to run it properly don't run the thing at all. Your server reminds me of Nazis Germany. Your Hitler and all your little bum buddies are the secret police. Nothing can be said or done without getting excuted. Hell you even managed to fit the rasism part in there good work.Sure its your server and your rules but do you have have to be such an ass when it comes to things like spelling ur name correctly?? lmao never in any game i have played have i seen a rule where your name has to be spelled correctly. Like what kind of rule is that?? Man you need like Theropy or somethin. You must not be hugged very often lol. Like your idea to have a server is a confidence booster for you or somethin. seeing alot of complaints in here gene maybe you should take a look in the mirrior and realize the people you are banning aren't bad people ....

couple servers that are always up and run quickly are Calgary 24/7 and Stealth's server 24/7. For those who are fed up withs genes Facist ways and his laggy server.

Yeah, notice that Hot_Head said, "His server", as in exactly that, HIS SERVER. You or anyone else have absolutely NO any jurisdiction in it or this forum. Pico was pking yesterday got me once tryed again both times in mahtten space when he was reminded not to pk in liberty he just said "get bent" something along those lines . funny he was lvl 38 yet he was in a startracker ripping a falcons sheilds like nothing might want to keep and eye or ban him your choice

Want to know what keeps the server up?
For ever player like you on my server. I have dozens if not hundreds now that love the server and enjoy playing on it daily.

I have about 20 people helping me test my beta mod for the server that will be deployed after the patch goes live (next build should be ready this weekend guys)

As of 11:30pm PST. I have 3268 players on my server. Of those, only 233 are banned. Seems like over 3000 players on my server can at least follow the naming rule. Probably less aren't cheating, but hopefully the patch will help with that one

Now this begs the question, why can't you be a good boy? Ohh, your a Hot Head. I advise you to put some ice on that before it gets worse.

I've got a few questions regarding that MOD you're making.

Firstly, when you eventually install the MOD, are you still planning on wiping all the profiles? You said something about that before, I just want to be absolutely sure. If you are, then I really want to know when. I don't want to think "when I log on, I'll do this and that" just to find my profile is gone.

Now onto the MOD itself. Given that the main server I'm playing on will be MODed, I have to know what changes are going to be made. So think you could explain what the changes are...or at least give me a link.

I have not called out a lot of the changes to the public yet. It will be completely unique from a lot of what you already see out there from the Mod community. There is a lot of work going into this Mod, I only hope that everything works out in the end.

I also do not want to put out more information until I know what kind of changes the coming Server patch is bringing. This could affect mine and my co-authors decisions in regards to what we do with the Mod.

We also plan to build an install package for the Mod. This will allow for easy switching between my Server and other un-modded Servers. It will actually add icons that you can use to

1) Install my Mod
2) uninstall my Mod
3) Re-Load Retail Binaries
4) Re-Load my Modded Binaries

For those wondering, it is still a couple weeks out at least. There is a lot of play balencing going in for the Mod. My plan is to drop the latest build to some beta testers this weekend. But that is contingent on everything getting to a decent stage in the development process to do so. Time will tell.

As for the current Server. It appears that it is having troubles crashing all the way. It is now hard hanging instead of going down about 1 out of 20 times. This just started a couple days ago, about the time that I hit 3000 accounts. I am looking into the cause and will hopefully have it corrected by Wednesday.

crazyrobo i visit it every day my friend. I play computer games during the week maybe 2 hours a day. I am not some fat piece of poo that sits on the couch all day. I play alot of different sports and work out. Sorry to disappoint =/. Once again alot of people in Seattle server are so judge mental. They say things before they can prove it. I am now done arguing with you nerds. Think my point has been proven.

I just want to say thank you for running this great (most the time) server. The amount of people who don't read the rules when they first log on to it and get mad about it seems to be pretty annoying, but other than that its fun to play on. Too bad I haven't been able to play Freelancer much recently, need to reformat comp and the only way to back up that works is my 10 gig mp3 player with a usb connection.

I will be back though, soon as I get my computer working.
