If you get PK'd by another live person, then report it and they'll be banned. Don't engage, remind them of the rules and let the chips fall where thay may.

k u got it logged... but still have no proof i cheat. Like i said i was only pissing around with the guy.

Just want to say somethin to gene seeing how he won't answer my e-mails. Why did u ban so many people from ur server?? Alot of the people u banned are good people and don't cheat, pk, and stuff like that? what is the reasoning behind ur control freak ways? You banned me simply because i was messing around with a guy i didn't know. He asked me if i cheated and i said yes. Was only joking but u aren't willing to listen to my side of the story. It really is a shame. You have no proof of me cheating but yet u banned me without even knowing. I have a few ideas who might of crashed ur server. Not gonna say who but u deserved it non the less. Maybe in the future instead of being a control freak and jumping to conclusion before u here both sides of a story.... just maybe u could take a few seconds to think about it.

To whoever Stinger quoted: Saying "I cheated" is just like saying "ban me", so he merely obliged. Also, if you read his conditions for banning, you would know that merely asking for it (kidding or not) applies.

Reporting player leviathan, popped up with a nomad battleship (kinda cool tough) and server crashed right after that and its still down

noticed the server went down, and it looked like it couldnt stay up after a restart for more then 10 seconds. odd, this post is turning into exactly what gene didnt want... ;p

Hot_Head, let me give you a little pointer on how not to deal with people in your future interactions (either real life, or internet)

1) Don't call someone incompetitent. It usually doesn't go over well.
2) Don't say you did something either illegal or unauthorized, unless you did. Also if you do say you did something, expect the appropriate consequences to still apply.
3) Flaming the person you are disgruntled with will not help your situation
4) Sending personal mails to the person complaining about them, the free server they are running, and their rules, doesn't help.
5) If you don't get your way, bitching doesn't help
6) People have a life outside of the internet, and more important things to do (like work) than to "investigate" one person who said they were cheating in the first place. Not to mention said that the admin is a moron, while playing on HIS SERVER.
7) Blackmail. Thanks for trying to blackmail me, I know people that are crashing your server, but I won't tell you if you leave me banned. Ohh and you deserved it. Thanks, but I would rather take the time to find them myself than to re-enable another person to easily harass me on my own server.

While I will admit that you are by far not the worse person I have had to deal with, you are close. My only hope is that you can grow up and learn to enjoy life and learn that people don't have to be nice to you, or give you everything you want.

For those wondering, this is by far the worst e-mail I have ever gotten reguarding my server

Ether the servers down or i'm baned. But I see a few people still playing on the server(4/45 people)? My user name is "ME!" and I can't connect? I have never shot at someone on this server and I have a humpback and only trade. Also, I know this is nothing new, but cheaters are a real prob. on this server(no puns toward the server hoster intented). Why do people have to come along and rune the fun for everyone else? Causing the server to crash and sh*t. Why is it so amusing? And besides what does it show about you if your at level 38 and kill n00bs? Your acting like some pethetic moron laughing histarically while you step on ants (the cheaters). And it only gets worse, yesterday doobie was going along destroying ships without even shooting. He just gets close and you blow up. Also, is their anyone who could make a mod that atomatically kickes hackers? Ok, thats all I have to say.

I'm wondering, is the server down? I can't connect, and it says there is only 4 people in the server as said by the person above.

I can't find any reason why I would ever get banned either... my name is all lowercase and I don't even PK... neither do I "cheat", I think my lvl 36 shows that. Sure I got a boost of money, but that was from my friend. No, not any of those lvl 38 people, from my cousin in real life who happens to play on the same server.

EDIT: All I actually do on the server is hang out in Omicron Alpha and collect level 10 guns from the outer derelicts. Help some first time travelers visiting the wreck of The Hispania too, quite fun for me I guess.

EDIT: I see you all the time on the server RedOctober, just sayin' yo.

Im really starting to think its better you shut down the server untill you have the patch otherwize you'll be living a virtual nightmare gene
