Your concerns are noted and fully understood. I think that after things develop more, you will not be unhappy at all. It seems you would rather have no clans on Browclops, but clans are fun and increase role play. Clans activities will have to be kept to a moderate level. This matter will be addressed in the United Systems meetings with all of the Union Member clans being represented. We will ensure that our member clans do not ruin the fun of the freelancer on Browclops. We may have to construct and pass a Bill of Rights that will help to protect the freelancer.

dang, JKD, r u stupid? gimme a break. before u make ignorant statements, actually read the thing to know what its saying. i said admins are NOT goin to b a thing given to GOV, even if brow wanted, which i know he wouldnt neway. even if he was ok with it, im not. i dont want an appearance of bias or impropriety. i am the ONLY one in GOV that has official authority to enforce server rules, and i do so outside of GOV, not in any affiliation to the clan. i only do it as a service to u, myself, and all other faithful freelancers that want a safe and stable place to play. honestly, im against taxes, but im for role play if all agree. NO TAXING TO RESISTANT PLAYERS will be endorsed by me, and therefore not by GOV. it will only be to those who are willing to contribute to the general fund which will fund events, which is regulators original intent for the money from taxation. dont make me shoot u just for being ignorant and confrontational. otherwise, bits, bitterman, or another of my non-GOV players will have the sole mission of hunting u and those like u lol, have fun guys, thats the whole point

I understand your concerns, Docfuglymark. As of now, the only laws SD has in place in the Rhienland is that you cannot kill players in much weaker ships. If we hear about someone in an eagle blowing up starfliers, we'll be looing for you.

At this point, I do not think we will be putting taxes/tolls into the Rheinland sector. There are many ways to make money in this game, and quite frankly, it's not worth the hassle of trying to take money from another player.

Regulator it's not that I'd rather have no clans on Browclops, but my history on other servers has taught me what can happen when clans forget that individuals have the same rights as clan members, I think that a server bill of rights is a good idea so long as everyone agrees to abide by it. And I have no problem with role playing, including paying taxes, fines, etc. So long as we, as Browclops has said, "Keep it reasonable".

I think I know what's causing clan-fever, it's lack of noobs. Account creation has been disable for a while, (don't know if it still is), but we've got a ton of people finally leveling up and wanting to take out some of their former noob-hostility on others LOL. I swear some of you must eat, breath, and sleep FL. Settle down, it's only a game here people. If you don't want to pay taxes or follow rules, then don't. Hell, I don't plan on it. I got a freighter, but I just use it to bait people and have an excuse to hunt people with my Eagle.

It is a shame that when you kill a player nothing drops,

I mean if you hit a "player freighter" nothing drops so killing that person really is just being a dick IMO.

If something was to drop, then it would seem there would be more reason to kill or demand a "tax" from them for their safe passage....

Demanding a tax off such a player , (you pay this or you are dead) is just being a bully using old school yard tactics.

PvP is fun, when you are on equal grounds, anything less is just savage behavour.

Thus why a role playing clan('s) would be a welcomed part of this game, to put a stop to such "pirate like" behavour.

Doc you are so right...I did promise a tax free sector, and it will be delivered...I also promised a pirate free sector...we gotta pay for the pilots somehow...suggestions? didn't realize that it would explode so fast, so my apologies there.

You are, as are most other pilots (excluding pirates) welcome in Kusari, where your business should only be profit. fly what you want when you want. if you pirate, you get hunted...simple right?
