Welcome to Freeport7!
This is a Freelancer server hosted on a 1.5Mbps ADSL connection on an Intel P4 2.4GHz with 512DDR PC2100 CL2.5 RAM.
The server's name is:" Freeport 7".
If the server is not in the internet server list, one of two things could have happened:
a) The server crashed. We will restart it ASAP.
b) The server's internet connection went dead. It could come back up in a few minutes or it could take a couple of hours.
Please use this discussion thread to talk about anything regarding Freeport 7.
SERVER DESCRIPTION:
Max player setting of 48.
Server is open 24/7
Only 3 rules to follow:
- No Cheating. No PVP in New York. No base/wreck camping.
WARNING TO ALL RULE BREAKERS!:
We will not tolerate cheaters, PVP in New York or campers. Anyone caught breaking the rules or benefitting directly/indirectly from a rule breaker, will have their account banned from the server without warning. Email us at [email protected] if you suspect someone of breaking the rules. State the nick of the player and the facts that support your suspicion.
Do not be intimidated by cheaters and do not accept obscene amounts of cash from someone if you suspect he is cheating. Also do not accept NPC weapons/items such as Nomad Lasers and Class 10 Graviton shields. If they kill you for not accepting their *cheat* cash/items, your loss will be repaid by us and cheating players will be promptly banned if found guilty of cheating.
We will handle rule breakers on a case by case basis. Severity of the punishment (character deletion or account ban) will depend on the severity of their actions.
You may appeal your ban by emailing us at [email protected]. Please provide proof or witnesses of your innocence.

I have bad news. We have lost our host for our server. We are desperately trying to find a new place to host our server but have not had much success. This means freeport 7 will be suspended. If we cant find a new place to host the server, it might mean the closing down of the server.

Server crashed due to cheaters! Where is that anti cheat patch?!

Server unlocked and max player increased to 64.

The server has about 1115+ accounts. (Mostly one timers).
Due to a large number of cheaters and players using mods (causes the server to crash), we have decided to lock the server. Unfortunately, this means we will not be accepting any new players at this time. All this is due to a few bad apples who insist on cheating because they are too lame to work their way to the top. If you know anyone who is cheating, feel free to email us and we will pursue the matter.
