Well, surest way to kill a comunity and game is to try and micromanage it and control every aspect.

Between the emails and the lawyers, it is amazing that CS, tfc, and Desert combat, natrual selection, Death match classic, and such ever got off the ground.

i see something fishy as the email was not signed by a "contact" person seems to vague to me.

but some corps are like that i guess.

whatever the case, reynen is gone now. personally, im a bit glad, as he was starting to just get on my nerves. some of the things he was saying made him sound like more of an attention whore than IVE been in the past (how reynen mod was the first mod, so therefor it was automatically the start of everything, and this and that). i hope the guy doesn't kill himself though. he could work for a gaming company.

Hmm - don't think he will go.......and his current 'I planned all the posts here to start a frenzy off for a study into who supported, who really stole...etc' just strikes me as erm - false. I have worked with children, its a trait they exhibit. Something happens, you don't look great, furiously backpeddle the story claiming that you intended that outcome all along. His is slightly different as it shows how cleverly he managed to manipulate everyone. However, that isn't even my personal view as i said before, I don't care anymore . That is what just immeditatley struck me. - however, i am sure he is telling the truth
My grumble was over copyright, now however......i say copyright whatever he likes , i will just do what i do. It neither effects me or annoys me anymore.

I posted my mod with its parts in the mod announcement forum. I also stated at the end that if people think i owe them credit, step up and tell me/take a bite:

One last thing however. I actually hope for some strange reason that his posts were all a horrible manipulative ploy of decietfulness.......cos if not, i think the person behind the posts is a dangerous nutter!!!! Some of those posts are offensive and attacking, as well as abusive, derogatory and threatening. Of course - that meant his libel claims against some were also carefully planned out as well - good job no-one wants to do the same in reverse.
However, considering it is apparently a play worthy of the almighty Sir spectrespeare himself- i think he should then appologise to the participants for his 'manipulation' of them......otherwise how can he hope people respect him or his work - and therefore for some not to steal it?

p.s - has he actually proved anyone to steal stuff from him? He never mentioned any names just bashed on about reynenmod alot.

How comes my paragraphs? People used to complain about how my posts were hard to read!!! Well - after my eyes were dazzled by BOLD format all the time, i am using it sparingly!

Oh - just edited this in.....its not worth another post for it. Anyone notice how Reynen edited alot of his posts hours after they were made?

so one of you sue me. i dare you. we have a freedom of speech, as long as we are not threatening him directly. the people threatening him with death could probably be sued or whatnot, but not the people simply making comments. why people would want to kill him im not sure, but some people are messed up like that. whatever, they can burn in hell when ther life is done. why reynen wants to threaten attacks im not sure. the guy really needs to count to ten and calm the hell down.

leagal cases or not, How would you like to answer the phone innocently one day and the person on the other end, threatens your life? Your parents would not be impressed, they would be horrified, it seems you do not care about this.

So there is free speech, but that doesnt mean insults are necessary, show me when he ever insulted you.
