o, and the nomads can now be your friends. if your are allied with the criminals they will like you, simply because the nomads are interested in driving out the humans who wish to colinize their systems, so if they help criminals then the criminals will hurt the governments enough that the nomads an destroy them, of course this wont actually happen.

however, i hoep to make it so that if you kill just ONE nomad ship it can greatly hurt your reputation with them (and slightly with the criminals, as they rely on the nomads for powerful equipment). ad if you want to go legal again kill alot of nomads in an area not controlled by the outlaws(or controlled, either way), the govs like it when u kill their most dangerous enemies.

To answer your question about making your own names, you must ResHack the namesresources.dll file in the EXE directory. When you poke through this, find an empty slot, add your names then take the number you entered your entry next to (e.g 265) then add it to 196608 to get your ID number. That should work.

I wouldn't let the Nomads be allies with the Criminals, I'd make them more like Xeno's, only very few allies, but almost everyone's an enemy. But, give them the advantage that if you're full in the green with them you get some special weaponry, so it will still pay off to be a 'Nomad Lover'

How bout instead i make a rouge nomad orginization. the nomad version of the corsairs or heissans. so teh more you fight the nomads the more the rouge ones like u. you can then buy nomad equipment

hmmmm....I think it´s a good idea but YOU should decide if you want to apply this option or not, maybe you shouldn´t do this because when you fight against them, for example for a mission, and they will like you, you can never complete the mission I think. Maybe you should make this as an option, so that everyone can decide what they want for themselves. Or make a poll on a web site.
