It's strange, WC3 used to work on XP with the Win95 patch, but it don't work no more now. I believe that it is due to my new(er) nV card, which replaced my old Radeon 9700. Oh well, at least it runs in DOSBox...

I did a hunt around and couldn't find anything relating to a W95 patch working. Dos Box works okay though, a little clunky, but for the most part enjoyable. Actually very enjoyable, I pounded through WC3 in two sittings on the weekend...I haven't done that in a game for a long time. Just goes to show that all the whizz bang graphics in the world can't compensate for good design.

Quite. I just wish that I could find the DVD movies for "Wing Commander: Prophecy", as they are alleged to exist somewhere. I can already play the game in 1280x1024, but movies with a better resolution would be nice. Speaking of that, does anyone know where they can be downloaded (assuming that they are legal)?

Though the download is massive on a distant server, I assume you're rigged with ADSL 2? I gave up on cable realising it'd take me 12+ hours to get all the packs down my piddly line.

Thanks Musty. That's where I saw them mentioned, but I couldn't find the link. This should be interesting.. Oh, and yes, I have ADSL2+. They recently boosted Cable Extreme" to 30mbps, so I am annoyed, but stand by my decision. Bloody Telstra! *Shakes fist*
