Everybody just switched to FL. After all, SL is a relatively old game (though one of the best space sims, IMHO)

Personally.. I've looked at the box for Freelancer and went... This looks boring....

Plus I've heard it was keyboard controlled...Let's just say I'm not flying ships on Keyboard... Way too irresponsive.. and I usually like to use more than 2 functions at once.

Actually, different mods for SL can be found in the SL downloads section. No mission editor though (IIRC)

Freelancer is deliberately only keyboard controlled

Stops all you joystick jockeys out there sapping the fun and not using your skills with the pad

Yeah, theres no posts in the StarLancer discussion forum, i have Freelancer, but i still play StarLancer, (i haven't completed it yet, i'm stuck on mission 21) Starlancer is an awesome game and has loads of cool stuff Freelancer doesn't have. Theres also loads of cool ships to download (Freelancer has 1 or something)

I'm not a smuggler, i just sell alien artefacts and cardamine to the poor and needy!
