Crossfire activation error...

Crossfire activation error...

i have been getting an error whilst trying to activate both crossfire 1.6 and 1.7.

'Error: problem activating 'Crossfire Mod 1.6 Client Edition'
Error: SHCopyFile failed ('F:\Games\Freelancer\DATA\characters\heads\pi_pirate5_head.dfm.flmmbak' to 'F:\Games\Freelancer\DATA\characters\heads\_pi_pirate5_head.dfm')'

its the same message for both versions of crossfire.

how do i solve this issue?

by using FLMM1.31 and a clean installation of FL
