What type of file is it? Thats one hell of a large file lol. I'm guessing its proberly going to be video or a computer program. Anyway if its a form of media (video, audio, image, text) you might be able to use http://www.ourmedia.org . Not entirely sure if they have a limit. You might also want to try splitting the file up into smaller files. There are a few apps that can do this but you will need to piece the file back together after downloading all the pieces.
